It is our desire to create an engaging, irresistible environment for your child. Here are some policies and procedures we have put into place to help ensure your child's safety and care.
If you are a member or regular attender, you can utilize our self check-in station to check your children in to the 9:30 AM service, 11:00 AM service or both services. If you are a first time visitor, just see our volunteer at the check-in station and they will get you checked in and directed to the appropriate classroom.
You and your child(ren) will each receive corresponding numbered security tags. You must present your portion of the tag when you drop your child off to the appropriate room and when you pick up your child(ren).... no exceptions. All of our volunteers are carefully trained and screened to ensure the safest environment possible.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Children are accepted into the classroom fifteen minutes prior to the service and must be signed in by their parent or guardian. Children should be picked up immediately following the service unless paged beforehand.
We are using the Gospel Project curriculum in our Toddler through 5th Grade small groups. The church’s role in discipleship is to partner with parents to lead their children to spiritual maturity and vitality. That’s why every age group in the curriculum studies the same biblical theme each week. Our student ministry (Jr. High and Sr. High) also uses the Gospel Project to provide a family learning experience.
The average child will spend over 1000 hours every year in school and they will spend less than 50 hours in church. The average parent has more than 10 times the opportunities to discuss spiritual issues in one year than a church leader does in 10 years. The church has limited potential to impact the heart of your child. WHAT HAPPENS AT HOME in many ways is more important than what happens at church.
Upon arrival, head to the main check-in area. Any one of our greeters will be happy to direct you to it. When you sign your child(ren) in at the main desk, you will be given a tag with a number on it. Should we need you during the service, we will flash your number up on the screen and/or text if applicable. If you see your number, report back to the classroom. You will need your security tag to pick up your child(ren) at the conclusion of the service.
Children who show signs or symptoms of fever or any other contagious disease are not accepted.
Tips & Reminders
Please label all of your children's belongings. We will provide labels for you at the check in desk if you need them. We discourage parents from allowing their children to bring their own toys into class with them, as it is easy for them to be misplaced or forgotten.
